We at Conya's Cottage strive to provide our customers with a unique shopping experience and excellent customer service. Please review our policies and let us know there is something that we can be of more service with or if you need additional information.
PRICING
All prices are based on U.S. Currency. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the purchase price.
SALES TAX
California Sales tax applies for all purchases (9.25%).
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS, unless another shipping method is requested by the purchaser.
RETURNS
All sales are final unless damaged in transit.
IN THE EVENT OF RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS
We take extra care to pack all orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED ITEM OR THE PACKAGING THAT IT WAS SHIPPED IN. The shipper will normally require visual inspection of your entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
